ServiceNow Developer
Start your enterprise platform career with ALN Tech Solutions as a ServiceNow Developer. You will work on real ServiceNow implementation and support projects, configuring modules, building workflows, and integrating enterprise services.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want hands-on exposure to ServiceNow development under experienced mentors.
We are hiring 10 full-time positions at our Anantapuramu office. Training on ServiceNow scripting, Glide APIs, and module configuration will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules
- Build and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and workflows
- Develop ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server
- Customize ITSM, HRSD, and other ServiceNow modules based on business needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues
- Create and update technical design and process documentation
- Collaborate with functional teams to implement ServiceNow solutions
Requirements
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow platform and modules
- Familiarity with JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
- Interest in ITSM processes and enterprise workflow automation
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline — fresh graduates welcome
- ServiceNow certification or training is a plus
Role Requirements
- Good communication skills — Telugu and English required; Hindi is a plus
- Location: Anantapuramu (on-site only, no remote)
